Solutions and technology

We start from the problem, never from the tool.

We do not resell licences or represent any vendor. Each technology is chosen because it solves an identified business problem and remains manageable for your teams after we leave.

ERP and CRM

Structure flows and information

The problem

Information lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and the memory of a few people. Every case requires a phone call to find its status, and one departure can take part of the operating know-how with it.

What we put in place

We scope the process before choosing the tool, then configure or integrate a management system that reflects how you work, not the other way around. Reference data is clarified, statuses become visible to everyone, and procedures are documented so the tool survives team changes.

This concerns you if

  • Nobody can tell where a case stands without making a phone call
  • Every new hire costs weeks of training because nothing is written down

Business intelligence and analytics

Improve visibility and decision-making

The problem

Reports arrive too late to change anything, and every department shows up with its own figures. The discussion is then about the data instead of the decisions.

What we put in place

We start by defining the KPIs that matter to leadership, their source and calculation rules, before building anything. We then consolidate the data and deliver dashboards that answer precise questions, with exception alerts rather than a wall of charts.

This concerns you if

  • Your numbers do not match from one department to the next
  • Decisions wait for Monday morning’s report

Automation and artificial intelligence

Cut repetitive work and increase capacity

The problem

Capable people spend their days copying information, chasing follow-ups by hand and producing reports manually. Capacity is short where it matters, while being consumed by work nobody chose.

What we put in place

We first measure what this work actually costs, then automate the tasks where the gain is demonstrable and the risk is controlled. Artificial intelligence is used where it brings a verifiable benefit, with its limits made explicit and human control kept over decisions that bind the organization.

This concerns you if

  • The same data gets entered several times in several places
  • Your best people spend their days on admin work

Systems integration

Connect systems and close information gaps

The problem

Your tools don't talk to each other, so someone bridges the gap by hand. Every manual transfer is a chance to lose information, and nobody has time to check what gets lost along the way.

What we put in place

We map the exchanges your systems genuinely need, then connect them in a documented, maintainable way. The goal is not to link everything, but to remove the gaps that cost time or reliability while keeping an architecture your teams can understand.

This concerns you if

  • Someone spends their days copying information from one system to another
  • Critical processes run entirely on spreadsheets

Custom solutions

Address needs that off-the-shelf tools do not cover

The problem

A specific need is not covered by any off-the-shelf product, or only through a solution that is disproportionate to the problem. The organization then works around it with shared files and unwritten rules.

What we put in place

We build custom software only when it is warranted, after checking that no existing solution fits. The first version is deliberately limited to what solves the problem, put in users' hands quickly, then improved with their feedback. The code and documentation belong to you.

This concerns you if

  • A critical process rests on a workaround nobody dares touch
  • Off-the-shelf tools force your business to adapt to them, rather than the other way around

Where we stand on technology

We take no vendor commission and do not resell any platform. When the tool you already own meets the need, we say so and make better use of it rather than adding another. And when a technology project is not the right answer, we say that too.
