Methodology

Our Approach

A 7-step approach from understanding your situation to measurable results. The first 4 steps are business analysis: they turn your needs into processes and requirements before any solution is selected.

Clarify

Indicative duration : 1 to 2 weeks

Frame the real issue and align stakeholders on what matters to leadership.

What we need from you
Workshops with leadership and the relevant business owner.

4 ways to work together

We do not impose a transformation that is out of proportion with the issue. Depending on your situation, an engagement can stop after the first step or continue over time.

One-off assessment

Who it is for

You sense friction but cannot name it precisely.

What you take away

A documented assessment of your processes, data and practices, with findings ranked by importance. The deliverable is yours, whether we continue or not.

Indicative format
2 to 5 weeks

Roadmap

Who it is for

The findings are established, but the order in which to tackle them is not.

What you take away

Initiatives prioritized by value and feasibility, sequenced over time, with indicators to assess progress. Enough to make the decision internally, including without us.

Indicative format
2 to 3 weeks, following the assessment

Project delivery support

Who it is for

The initiative has been identified and now needs to be delivered.

What you take away

Project delivery, implementation and adoption support, until the solution is genuinely used. Training and documentation included.

Indicative format
6 to 14 weeks, in waves

Ongoing partnership

Who it is for

Your teams keep day-to-day operations running, but new initiatives keep coming up.

What you take away

Regular KPI tracking, improvement reviews and delivery capacity you can call on when new initiatives appear.

Indicative format
Recurring, reviewed each quarter

Durations are indicative. Every engagement starts with a short scoping phase that confirms scope and schedule before any commitment.

What we commit to

These commitments apply to every engagement, whatever its size and wherever it stops.

The engagement lead is named in the proposal and stays with you until the end.
The deliverables are yours, whether the engagement continues or not.
At the end of each step, you decide whether the engagement continues.
A risk is flagged to you as soon as it is identified, not in the closing report.

Let's talk about what is holding your performance back

What a first conversation gives you: an initial assessment of your situation, a recommended approach and a realistic timeline estimate.
